About The Position

As a Program Manager at AGCO, you'll lead the evaluation and planning of regional revenue growth opportunities, managing associated processes and organizational change. Your primary responsibility is to drive AGCO Parts Division profitability and ROIC through data assembly, performance analysis, and data-based recommendations. This role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, vendors, dealerships, and global partners to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, Marketing, Statistics, or Business, or equivalent work experience (master's degree from Business School is preferred).
  • Extensive experience in leading goal-oriented projects from identification to execution within an international or global environment.
  • Previous work in a management consulting and/or business development environment is essential, demonstrating familiarity with the tools and requirements related to strategy development and implementation.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience on growth-related projects specifically within the manufacturing and engineering industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Agricultural Machinery or comparable industries is desired but not a strict requirement.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, SQL, and other relevant tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities (organic and external) through collaboration with Global Teams, Parts Product Management, and Whole goods Marketing to enhance dealer absorption, customer retention, and profitability.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and promote these new business opportunities, developing detailed implementation plans and establishing robust performance tracking.
  • Evaluate existing Aftersales market share growth activities (customer retention, lead generation, loyalty) to identify gaps in marketing/sales processes, tools, and organization, then define and propose solutions for improved market penetration and customer loyalty.
  • Manage stakeholder involvement and perform progress reviews on growth initiatives, ensuring transparency on financial impacts and conducting performance gap reviews with mitigation planning.
  • Utilize data manipulation skills in SQL, Excel, and Access to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries of results, accomplishments, and future.
