Requirements

  • 10+ years leading or executing cross-functional initiatives
  • 5-10 years managing high-visibility enterprise projects, with proven comfort engaging executives
  • Background working in or with IT, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Experience with merger integration and systems integration initiatives
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Project Management certification strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes beyond direct span of control
  • Naturally collaborative problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear project charters for each initiative, including scope, requirements, and success metrics
  • Lead a diverse portfolio of cross-functional projects, including enterprise system implementations (ERP, AP, ATS, Talent Management, CRM, reporting tools)
  • Actively participate in executive meetings to shape priorities and drive alignment
  • Manage the company's transformation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritized and aligned with business strategy
  • Anticipate and address change-management implications across stakeholder groups
  • Design and execute thoughtful communications plans to support new systems and processes
  • Report on timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies with clear, actionable updates
  • Energize and mobilize subject matter experts and project teams to meet deliverables
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to keep stakeholders informed on progress
