About The Position

THE STRATEGIC PROGRAM MANAGER SERVES AS THE OPERATIONAL AND STRATEGIC PARTNER TO THE VP OF SAFETY & RACING, DRIVING ALIGNMENT, EXECUTION, AND PERFORMANCE ACROSS THE STILO, SIMPSON, RACEQUIP, AND HANS BRANDS. THIS ROLE OWNS THE ORCHESTRATION OF KEY INITIATIVES FROM ROADMAP PLANNING THROUGH LAUNCH AND POST-MARKET EVALUATION, ENSURING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS OPERATE IN SYNC AND DELIVER AGAINST AGGRESSIVE SAFETY, QUALITY, AND COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVES. BLENDING ANALYTICAL RIGOR WITH OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP, THIS INDIVIDUAL TRANSFORMS COMPLEX PRIORITIES INTO CLEAR EXECUTION PLANS, REMOVES BOTTLENECKS, AND ENSURES RESOURCES ARE DEPLOYED WHERE THEY CREATE THE MOST VALUE. ACTING AS THE CONNECTIVE TISSUE ACROSS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, ENGINEERING, MANUFACTURING, MARKETING, AND SALES, THE STRATEGIC PROGRAM MANAGER ENABLES DISCIPLINED EXECUTION IN A FAST-PACED, SEASONAL, AND PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT. Requirements

  • THE ANALYTICS: YOU DON’T JUST REPORT DATA; YOU INTERPRET IT. YOU HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF USING ANALYTICS TO SOLVE BOTTLENECKS AND OPTIMIZE WORKFLOWS.
  • MATRIX MASTERY: YOU ARE AN EXPERT AT INFLUENCING WITHOUT FORMAL AUTHORITY, NAVIGATING A COMPLEX ORGANIZATION TO GET RESULTS.
  • OPERATIONAL AGILITY: YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH AMBIGUITY AND CAN PIVOT QUICKLY AS THE DEMANDS OF THE RACING SEASON AND MARKET EVOLVE.
  • PROJECT RIGOR: ADVANCED PROFICIENCY IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES (E.G., AGILE, WATERFALL, OR SIX SIGMA) AND TOOLS.

Responsibilities

  • STRATEGIC PLANNING: PARTNER WITH THE VP OF SAFETY AND RACING TO DEFINE, PRIORITIZE, AND TRACK SHORT, MID AND LONG-TERM ROADMAPS FOR STILO, SIMPSON, RACEQUIP, AND HANS.
  • ANALYTICAL LEADERSHIP: UTILIZE DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS TO EVALUATE PROGRAM PERFORMANCE, RESOURCE ALLOCATION, AND MARKET TRENDS TO INFORM CRITICAL BUSINESS DECISIONS.
  • MATRIX COLLABORATION: SERVE AS THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM BETWEEN PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, ENGINEERING, MANUFACTURING, MARKETING, AND SALES TO ENSURE SEAMLESS PRODUCT LAUNCHES AND PROGRAM UPDATES.
  • PRIORITY MANAGEMENT: THRIVE IN A HIGH-VELOCITY ENVIRONMENT BY MANAGING MULTIPLE COMPLEX WORKSTREAMS, ENSURING DEADLINES ARE MET WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE INTEGRITY OF OUR SAFETY STANDARDS.
  • COMMUNICATION: DISTILL COMPLEX PROJECT UPDATES INTO CLEAR, ACTIONABLE BRIEFINGS FOR EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL STAKEHOLDERS.
