About The Position
The Strategic Program Manager, is a key member of the Office of the CEO responsible for coordinating and executing enterprise-wide initiatives that drive the CEO’s vision and priorities. This role reports directly into the Head of the Office of the CEO and partners with the leadership team to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery of mission-critical programs, with a special emphasis on AI transformation, strategic planning, business process optimization, and cross-functional program management. onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
