Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Strategy Program Manager to join our dynamic Market Intelligence team (MI). The MI team is dedicated to collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to produce actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive growth. This role emphasizes storytelling; if you enjoy learning and communicating about new technologies and are adept at working across various media, particularly in business and tech, this could be the right opportunity for you. We are looking for a self-driven individual who is comfortable navigating an ever-changing landscape and can manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and cultivating a multi-channel communication strategy. You will own the creation and delivery of compelling internal executive-level materials, such as newsletters, briefs, and field alerts, to share knowledge, highlight wins, and create a brand for the MI team. Building trust and exercising high judgment will be crucial as you communicate effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with senior executives, their leadership teams, marketing, sales, and technical teams to translate complex technical concepts into engaging stories, brought to life through visuals, demos, and executive scripts. The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including the public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services. At Amazon, we value diverse experiences and encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet all preferred qualifications. We believe that achieving success at work should not come at the expense of personal sacrifices, which is why flexible work hours and arrangements are part of our culture. Our employee-led affinity groups foster a culture of inclusion, empowering us to embrace our differences. We also provide mentorship and career growth opportunities to help you develop into a well-rounded professional.
