Job Description Position Summary: Rockwell Automation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Program Communications Lead to drive the communication strategy for the Demand to Renew (D2R) digital transformation initiative. You will be part of the Success Enablement team, which leads the change management plans to drive adoption of people, process and technology changes. The Strategic Program Communications Lead is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication plans that align with program goals, foster collaboration with stakeholders, and support the engagement and adoption of new ways of working as a result of the D2R initiative. This is a global role.
