About The Position

About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 05 The Team: The S&P Global Market Intelligence ETF & Benchmarking Solutions (EBS) team is composed of subject matter experts in ETF’s, index solutions, and custom baskets. We are dedicated to providing insightful products, services, and thought leadership to EBS’s diverse client base while delivering a superior client experience. Our team collaborates closely with our Product, Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations and provide first-class service.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to derive insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with securities finance, ETFs, or benchmarking solutions.
• Experience with data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in financial markets and product management.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products, including their capabilities and limitations.
• Support the team in analyzing market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Product Specialist team to engage with existing clients, assisting in technical product requirements and enhancements.
• Participate in client reviews and product demonstrations, contributing to training and information sharing.
• Aid in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to enhance or expand the client product experience.
