Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product development processes.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient with product management and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the quarterly product planning process in coordination with Product Management and Engineering.
- Centralize and operationalize customer and internal feedback collection processes.
- Track and operationalize launch milestones for major product releases.
- Develop and maintain product management playbooks and process documentation.
- Support operational reporting by tracking planning health and launch statuses.
