How You’ll Make an Impact As a Strategic Procurement and PMO Manager , you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving the strategic transformation of the Procurement function through disciplined execution, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In This Role, You Will: Lead the annual strategic planning process for Procurement, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities such as environmental, social, and governance initiatives, cost optimization, and supply resilience. Develop and maintain a long-term procurement transformation roadmap that translates strategy into executable, measurable initiatives. Continuously evaluate and refine the Procurement Center of Excellence operating model, governance structures, and processes. Monitor global supply chain trends and emerging procurement technologies to recommend future-ready strategies. Own governance and delivery of the procurement transformation portfolio, ensuring initiatives remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned to intended outcomes. Define, track, and report key performance indicators and return on investment metrics across strategic initiatives. Optimize allocation of financial and human resources across the procurement project portfolio to maximize business impact. Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, Finance, Information Technology, and business stakeholders. Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working. Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership, including the C-suite and Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Management Consulting, or a Corporate Project Management Office role.
  • Experience within specialty chemicals, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong familiarity with Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay platforms such as GEP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Jagger.
  • Experience using project and portfolio management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while leading cross-functional teams through influence.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree, Master of Business Administration, or advanced degree in a related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
