About The Position

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze MRP demand signals and purchasing trends to support procurement strategy Develop sourcing strategies and lead supplier negotiations for pricing, lead times, and contracts Identify cost reduction opportunities through supplier consolidation and sourcing initiatives Monitor supplier performance including on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness Work with production planning and inventory control to forecast material demand Provide purchasing strategy and sourcing guidance to the Buyer role Identify and qualify new suppliers to reduce risk and improve competitiveness REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials planning Experience working with ERP/MRP systems Strong analytical and negotiation skills and supplier management skills Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools Manufacturing experience preferred
