Your Opportunity, Your Team Reporting to the Director Strategic Pricing, the Strategic Pricing Planner will implement the strategic pricing strategy. You will partner with the Director Strategic Pricing to develop tools and reporting to enhance performance across pricing, promotion, and merchandising. You will provide relevant insights to lead the strategic direction on pricing & profitability. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at the West Chester headquarters several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, and NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and relevant 10 years of business experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a planning or merchandising function preferred as well as experience in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement analytical techniques, tools, and scorecards to drive business results.
  • Ensure fact-based analytics are utilized when making assortment, pricing decisions that increase the overall customer experience
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and eCommerce to ensure that we are driving margin, sales and profitability while leveraging pricing strategies
  • Drive strategic efforts to leverage advanced analytics to optimize processes and procedures that lead to improved assortment rationalization, inventory productivity, and pricing and promotional profitability
  • Consistently share insights and learnings with cross-functional partners to help inform process, reporting and tool evolution
