About The Position

Konica Minolta has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Pricing Coordinator! Maintain and update pricing models, tools, and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency across system Assist in maintaining pricing databases and tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Support the pricing team in preparing reports, presentations, and pricing analyses Coordinate pricing updates across systems and communicate changes to relevant departments. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address pricing inquiries and ensure alignment. Assist in the implementation of pricing strategies for new products and services Ensure pricing compliance with internal guidelines Monitor and manage department mailboxes with high-volume, time-sensitive pricing requests, prioritize and respond promptly Log and track all incoming requests accurately in designated log/systems, manage and update task lists and logs for tracking and analysis Monitor progress and escalate issues when deadlines are at risk Collaborate closely with Sales teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment Perform general office support functions and assist with special projects.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with CPQ (configure, price, quote) systems request-tracking systems preferred
  • Experience in business development, sales support, or a similar coordination role preferred
  • Must be open to working extended hours at month end, quarter end, and as needed (time worked in excess of 40 hours per week will be paid overtime)
  • Associate’s Degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2+ years of experience in pricing, bid development, finance, sales or marketing

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be detail oriented with have excellent organizational and follow up skills
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
