You will help the business rethink existing service practices and optimize value from new capabilities.   • Partner with business units and functional leaders to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements aligned with the enterprise's business strategy and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on best practices and reduce process fragmentation across business units.
  • Support the design and documentation of target-state business workflows and service processes to support ongoing operational excellence.
  • Synthesize discovery findings to document and maintain a repository of business requirements and capabilities.
  • Support the prioritization of capabilities based on business impact and client experience value.
  • Coordinate with Product Management and Technology to align solutions to business requirements within established standards and guidelines.
  • Present key discovery progress and outputs to executive leadership.
  • Assist in the development of KPIs and performance dashboards to measure the success of new capabilities and service initiatives.
  • Provide analytical and communication support to senior team members for program reporting, KPI tracking, and value realization.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or business architecture within a large-scale, service-oriented environment (payroll, HR, financial services, etc.).
  • Salesforce experience and familiarity with ADP Service tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical ability with working knowledge of process modeling methodologies and tools (e.g., Miro, Visio).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex ideas and communicate effectively to diverse audiences including senior leadership.
  • A collaborative mindset and curiosity to understand how people, processes, and technology intersect to deliver value.
  • Ability to travel 15-20% required.
