The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across YouTube Business organization to lead resource (budget and headcount) management process for the organization, and undertake special projects to improve how YouTube Business operates and executes. As a key member of the YouTube Business Operations team, you will serve as the indispensable primary point of contact for all budget and headcount management activities across the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operational functioning of YouTube by expertly managing financial processes, proactively troubleshooting budget discrepancies, and creatively addressing evolving headcount needs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing critical administrative tasks, managing vendor relationships, and building strong, collaborative partnerships with global stakeholders across Finance, People Ops, and various business units. As a vital enabler, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, driving operational excellence and empowering the YouTube organization to achieve its goals through optimal resource allocation and effective resource management.
