We are seeking a Strategic Planning and Business Process Consultant II as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of IT strategic planning experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategic planning to include developing goals, objectives, and measurable outcomes for PEO.
  • Preparation and/or analysis to support PEO goals, objectives, and decisions.
  • Support the development of materials and activities related to PEO risk identification, management, and mitigation (e.g., Risk Register, Risk Management Process).
  • Document roles and responsibilities to reflect PEO responsibilities.
  • Support development and updates to the PEO Strategic Roadmap to establish future capability requirements and checkpoint framework.
  • Advise Program Managers, Portfolio Directors, and PEO leadership to support strategic planning efforts to include developing goals, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Plan and facilitate coordination of activities and development of materials for ad hoc special projects (e.g., Industry Day implementation).
  • Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support in coordination with Portfolio Managers, Program Managers and PEO Leadership, for meetings/events related to development of an employee engagement strategy to enhance team culture and morale.
  • Assist in developing draft program performance metrics, analyzing performance trends, and drafting performance reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring the on-time completion of task deliverables and activities.
  • Development of recommended metrics and strategies for implementing the strategic plan.
  • Conduct organizational and change management assessments.
  • Data collection, analysis, and input.
  • Milestone planning recommendations and analysis.
  • Benchmarking.
  • Development of recommended feedback mechanisms and assessment of feedback results.
  • Development of related databases and websites.
  • Provide input, recommendations, facilitation, and instructional services relating to planning and execution of results.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and guidance in support of a variety of mission-essential tasks, to include continuous productivity improvement, team building, communication skills, focus groups, inter-group development, customer service, and leadership development.
