Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or analytically driven roles with strong business exposure
• Strong financial and analytical foundation, beyond traditional accounting, budgeting, or FP&A
• Experience with a consulting-style approach: framing ambiguous problems, structuring analysis, and guiding stakeholders to informed decisions
• Ability to combine quantitative analysis with qualitative judgment to interpret business implications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and engage effectively
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and learning business context quickly
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights, not just analysis

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and market opportunities using financial data, operational metrics, and qualitative inputs to identify trends, risks, and potential growth areas
• Synthesize large volumes of information into clear hypotheses, continuously refining insights as new data emerges
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to interpret business results and provide actionable guidance
• Develop insights on internal performance and broader industry or market dynamics
• Translate complex analysis into clear narratives and recommendations for non-financial stakeholders
• Challenge assumptions constructively and ask insightful follow-up questions to drive better decision-making
• Focus on generating actionable insights rather than owning budgeting, forecasting, or P&L processes
