Requirements

Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in strategic planning or corporate development (healthcare preferred).
Proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

Market Analysis Support
Conduct foundational market assessments, identifying strategic opportunities and evaluating initiatives.
Assist Strategy Implementation
Support development of actionable goals and identification of strategic initiatives in collaboration with business leaders.
Oversee specific strategic initiatives, managing timelines and stakeholder coordination.
Performance Reporting
Track progress on strategic initiatives, providing regular updates and adjustments as needed.
Foster Collaboration
Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment with overarching objectives.
Maintain Strategic Planning Systems
Ensure visibility, alignment, and effective tracking of progress toward organizational goals.
