About The Position
The position involves directing and managing high visibility efforts related to strategic business planning and continuous improvement. The role requires integrating planning efforts and developing the installation strategic plan, leading staff to recommend process improvements, and ensuring consistency between future goals and program efficiencies. The individual will maintain active communication with various stakeholders, including the Headquarters, Corps of Engineers, Department of Army, Congressional representatives, and other governmental agencies. Additionally, the role includes interpreting and developing guidance for strategic concepts related to various issues and initiatives.
