About The Position

This position is contingent on contract award. International SOS is looking for an individual who is an experienced Strategic Planner to formulate, analyze, and implement long-term strategies that align with national defense objectives and enhance operational effectiveness. This position involves conducting comprehensive assessments of geopolitical environments, resource allocations, and military capabilities to inform decision-making and ensure readiness for future missions. The Strategic Planner collaborates with various stakeholders to develop actionable plans that support the military’s strategic goals and enhance overall mission success.

Requirements

• One to three (1-3) years' experience in strategic planning.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study required.
• Must have or be able to obtain required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Researches, gathers, and analyzes information to recommend updates to existing policies and procedures.
• Offers solutions to improve strategic and operational planning.
• Prepares reports on strategy ideas and presents research findings to senior management.
• Aligns processes, resources planning and department goals with overall strategy and provides support and insight into significant organizational changes.
• Undertakes additional duties that are not specifically listed above.
