EliseAI is looking for a Manager of Partnerships & Business Development for our healthcare team. We’re early in our healthcare journey—but the momentum is real. After establishing ourselves as a leader in AI-powered solutions in housing, we’re now rapidly expanding in healthcare. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new vertical at a high-growth company. You will formulate a strategy, develop relationships and execute upon strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in our industry. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory, enabling us to reach new markets and enhance our product offerings. By forging strong partnerships, you'll help drive our mission forward, ensuring that we continue to innovate and provide value to our clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships, ensuring mutual value
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and expand customer reach within existing partners – including sales trainings, webinars, conference engagement, and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams for seamless execution of Go To Market partnership initiatives
  • Track and analyze partner performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Execute on partner growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay informed about industry trends
  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or GTM partnerships at high-growth startups (ideally healthtech), healthcare consulting or investing, healthtech founder or similar fields
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to foster long-term collaborations
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners across sales, marketing, product/engineering, and more
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute on playbooks
  • Analytical aptitude to make data-driven decisions
  • An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with the ability to move and iterate quickly
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
