About The Position
The Franchise Development Manager at Everytable will play a pivotal role in leading our franchise development initiatives. This position is designed for a dynamic individual who is passionate about food justice and is committed to making a positive impact in the communities we serve. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive franchise sales strategy aimed at achieving targeted growth objectives. This includes identifying and recruiting qualified franchisees who align with our mission and values. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate the value proposition of our brand to potential franchisees and ensure that they meet our company's standards and requirements. In this role, the Franchise Development Manager will manage the entire franchise sales process, from initial inquiries to the signing of franchise agreements. This involves generating leads through various channels, conducting thorough evaluations of potential franchisees, and maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with marketing and public relations teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of franchising with Everytable. Additionally, the Franchise Development Manager will conduct market research to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion, analyze competitor activity, and develop a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations is crucial, as is the preparation and management of all necessary documentation related to franchise agreements. Performance monitoring and reporting will also be key responsibilities, as the manager will need to track sales performance against established targets and provide insights to senior management based on data analysis.
