About The Position

Bectran is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to accelerate our expansion through high-value external collaborations. In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that directly contribute to business growth. You will also play a key part in expanding our third-party referral channels—including affiliates, professional associations, referral networks, and other mutually beneficial collaborations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or partnership management, ideally within SaaS, Order-to-Cash, or B2B sectors (5+ years).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience building value-driven relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at multiple levels.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and partnership tracking tools.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

Responsibilities

  • Help define and execute the partnership strategy aligned with business goals, including segmentation and prioritization.
  • Partnership Development - identify and prospect targeted introducer partners that align with our strategy
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals and presentations/pitch materials.
  • Nurture and manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and long-term engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Development to integrate partnerships into the business model and ensure operational success.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of each partnership using KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Support co-branded marketing campaigns, industry events, webinars, and content initiatives that activate and promote partnerships.
  • Keep up to date on Credit/AR industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities in the insurance space.
