Microsoft’s Strategic Partner Investments team, part of Global Channel & Partner Solutions, exists to accelerate partner-led growth and innovation through strategic investments and incentives. Our mission is to capture opportunities that drive material impact for Microsoft and its partners. As a Strategic Partner Investments Manager, you will play a critical part in enabling high-impact partner deals, ensuring they are supported through our incentive portfolio or, when needed, bespoke agreements. You will also help shape and execute incentive programs from concept through launch. Working closely with teams across MCAPS and other stakeholders, you will ensure investments align with long-term strategy, deliver strong ROI, and create measurable growth. We are looking for someone with a bias for action, creativity, and optimism — a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable navigating complexity and turning challenges into opportunities for shared success.
