We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic senior program manager to manage and evolve NetApp's Strategic Investments Model with the NetApp Partner Ecosystem. This individual is responsible for core program management of the strategic incentives lever and developing a rhythm of the business to proactively monitor and drive attainment with GEO leaders as well as analyzing results to develop performance insights. The Senior Program Manager must be capable of ranging from detailed data analytics to an executive presentation presence. You will be working with functions ranging from finance/operations teams to program strategy and partner management. The successful candidate will have an innate curiosity that drives ongoing performance inspection.

  • Manage and evolve foundational program materials such as program guides and training materials
  • Maintain relationships and review cadence with GEO teams to support program understanding and drive proactive goal attainment
  • Align with operations and finance teams to ensure financial execution of the program, including delivery of reporting and analytics for Global and GEO/Area needs
  • Interface with finance/operations/legal team to manage and evolve program structure while also addressing any compliance challenges
  • Develop and propose long-term investment plans by collaborating with field partner teams to align on investment focus and ROI of incremental investment funds
  • Continually assess the overall performance of partners with a total investment wallet/total performance analysis approach
  • Prepare Monthly & Quarterly business review materials
  • Collaborate with global sales excellence teams to ensure synergy between the annual partner business planning process and strategic partner investment plans. Develop a comprehensive model to integrate partners directly into the process with tools that allow plan collaboration and proactive monitoring
  • Ad-hoc project support as it arises
  • Minimum 12 years of high technology channel programs/operations experience that includes managing worldwide programs around performance incentives and market development type funding
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing program materials and training content
  • Candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects with excellent follow-through
  • Candidate must be both strategically focused and detail-oriented
  • Solid understanding of accounting, finance, and corporate data alignment
  • Experience with contra expense and budget management is desired
  • Experience in setting and aligning business goals and quotas desired
  • BA or BS in business, marketing, management, or equivalent
