About The Position
Uber Eats is looking for a Strategic Operations Lead to be the people manager for a team developing and implementing efficient and impactful growth strategies for some of our largest Grocery and Retail partners. This operations role calls for a combination of people management, stakeholder management, creative problem-solving, operational optimization, strong data analytics, and project management. Strong communication skills, especially being able to handle both technical and high level conversations with seasoned external leadership, are crucial since a big part of this role will be externally-facing. You should be comfortable in an 'all hands on deck' setting, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally with other teams and external partners to make their brands a success and grow the overall Uber Eats business.
