About The Position

As a Strategic Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and driving execution for key Discovery and Legal Operations programs. This role will drive operational excellence and efficiency by leading strategic initiatives that support the team's mission. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of program managers, technical specialists, lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests. The programs you design and lead will enable the Discovery and Legal Operations team to establish and refine policies and procedures, improving operations and allowing the team to scale for the future.

Requirements

• 6+ years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experience.
• Significant experience leading complex discovery project or program management in litigations and investigations.
• Strong technology interest and aptitude, including familiarity with common discovery tools, project management tools, and database management.

• Meaningful in-house or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing discovery in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate setting.
• Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills.
