Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in contract management, project management, and sales analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement contracting vehicles and manage associated campaigns for the NAGA team.
  • Analyze trends to enhance engagement and sales activities.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts in collaboration with Legal and Sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, maintaining accurate records.
  • Lead strategic projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress for timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Legal, Administration).
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve common goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for senior management.
