Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role, such as management consulting, investment banking, or business operations / strategy role at a tech company.
  • A strong quantitative and analytical toolkit, with proficiency in financial modeling / data analysis, and working directly with data science teams.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in stand-alone capacity, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and results to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for driving results and a high degree of ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify and implement opportunities to drive user behavior changes such as reducing overcommunication and increasing app adoption.
  • Own the development and execution of a pricing and packaging strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, based on factors such as historical pricing, customer behavior, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify, prioritize and implement high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.
  • Lead data clean-up / enrichment initiatives to ensure our data is clean, reliable, and supports future business needs and decision-making.
  • Work with the Finance organization to implement and scale other high-priority initiatives across the organization.
