About The Position
We are expanding our Merchant Operations team to grow Uber Direct in the US & Canada, and we need talented individuals like you to make it happen! Uber Direct empowers merchants to offer seamless last-mile delivery to their customers through their app or website. As a Strategy and Operations Manager on the Merchant Operations team, you will be instrumental in scaling the business. You will manage Account Manager Operations and drive continuous improvements through process optimizations for the whole business. You'll also work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to measure success, enhance performance, and ultimately unlock growth and elevate the experience for our merchants.
