About The Position

As the Strategic Operations Lead, you are laser-focused on solving for Reserv’s scalability. You will be working closely with David – the SVP of Operations, a member of the founding team – and regularly be interacting with the executive team. Some context here: We were four people and pre-revenue in May 2022; we are now 600 people in Q3 2025 and on track to double that again. The Operations team is responsible for laying the foundation for future scale as well as rapidly solving for emerging gaps from our fast growth. You will be solving for how we scale up: measuring and driving high performance, driving cross-functional accountability, setting up future-proofed systems and shepherding the company’s growth as it doubles and then doubles again.

Requirements

• 1.5 to 2 years management consulting experience at Bain, BCG, or McKinsey.
• Undergraduate degree (i.e., BA or BS).
• Experience in transformations, re-organizations, or post-merger integrations is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to enhance the efficiency and scalability of our operations.
• Act as a key liaison between Operations and other departments, fostering critical thinking and analytical approaches to solve complex challenges.
• Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights, performance metrics, and forecasting models.
• Champion the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions within the Operations group.
• Serve as the SVP, Operations right-hand in mentoring subject-matter experts.
• Create Board-, executive-team-, and tactical-level communications to facilitate work planning and accountability.
