The Strategic Operations & Customer Engagement Lead is responsible for supporting with the planning, monitoring, and execution of strategic initiatives and customer engagement in the Office of the President & CFO. This role will collaborate across all functions of UKG to ensure streamlined execution of the Office of the President & CFO's strategic initiatives across finance, IT, strategy, corporate development, and operations. This role will also support with the planning, coordination, and execution of the President & CFO's engagement with customers and partners to drive bookings, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
