About The Position

The Strategic Operations & Customer Engagement Lead is responsible for supporting with the planning, monitoring, and execution of strategic initiatives and customer engagement in the Office of the President & CFO. This role will collaborate across all functions of UKG to ensure streamlined execution of the Office of the President & CFO's strategic initiatives across finance, IT, strategy, corporate development, and operations. This role will also support with the planning, coordination, and execution of the President & CFO's engagement with customers and partners to drive bookings, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, operations, consulting, and/or project management experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS company, top-tier consulting firm, or private equity firm.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, programs, or initiatives from inception to completion, regardless of reporting lines, working across teams such as Finance, GTM, Operations, and Product.
  • Experience setting, tracking, and reporting against KPIs, building executive-level presentations, and working with PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and other revenue, CRM, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and present complex data in a concise, executive-friendly manner.
  • Comfortable and effective working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive forward various strategic initiatives across finance, IT, strategy, corporate development, and operations.
  • Support Chief of Staff with gathering required data and creating executive level presentations and dashboards that align with requirements and business objectives.
  • Support Chief of Staff with developing and managing executive leadership meetings, offsites, and QBRs, continuously optimizing for effectiveness, and capturing and tracking meeting notes and action items.
  • Support Chief of Staff with strategic planning and execution of President & CFO's engagement with customers and partners to drive business objectives.
  • Collaborate with account teams to create comprehensive executive briefing materials and concisely summarize and articulate key points to Chief of Staff and/or President & CFO.
  • Monitor key customer activity internally and externally and track follow-up actions to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure we are delivering on customer commitments, managing customer escalations, and implementing changes based on feedback to enhance the customer experience.
  • Draft, edit, and review customer-facing messaging, including emails, social media posts, and other channels. Ensure all communications are consistent with the President & CFO's and company's brand voice and guidelines.
  • Proactively identify operational gaps and business needs; work with teams to develop plans to resolve them, creating business cases, best-in-class templates, engaging stakeholders, and managing dependencies to drive impactful global change.
  • Build relationships and collaborate across functions to track performance against company KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
