EliseAI is looking for a Strategic Operations Associate to join our team, tackling some of the following responsibilities: Guide and manage large and complicated pilot processes with new enterprise-level accounts. Work cross functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to lead the execution of pilots from start to finish. Develop plans to manage key deliverables, providing updates on challenges and project status. Keep project schedules on track, establishing and managing expectations while identifying potential timeline risks and addressing them proactively with clients or internal teams as needed. Monitor project advancement and incorporate client feedback to facilitate ongoing enhancements. Conduct deep discovery into their workflows and goals to drive to a clear ROI by the conclusion of their pilot. Working with Strategy and Operations Managers to help drive forward large-scale projects.
