About The Position

As a Strategic Operations Associate, you will support high-impact initiatives across the Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy Division and partner with leadership to help execute PromptCare’s strategic growth plan. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership, clinical, operations, sales and finance teams to translate actionable insights and data into strategy and action that will help drive business growth and enable our teams to execute efficiently. Your work will involve analyzing data, designing scalable processes, and driving performance improvements in partnership with senior leadership. You will support M&A and corporate development opportunities, helping drive the process from sourcing all the way to integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Management.
  • 1 – 3 years of investment banking experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate options and to make efficient decisions.
  • Strong competency in financial modeling, scenario analysis and business case development.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau, Power BI).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the creation of detailed analyses, financial models, and project materials for the Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy Division including but not limited to M&A opportunities, forecasting, managed care efforts, manufacturer partnerships, and growth via therapy or market expansions.
  • Collect and synthesize local market intel and qualitative feedback from operations, pharmacy, clinical teams, and sales to complement analytical and quantitative frameworks.
  • Support executive decision making by preparing board-level or leadership-level decks, executive summaries, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Track financial and operational KPIs and metrics and identify opportunities for improvement with business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Analytics team to build dashboards, automate reporting, and ensure data integrity.
  • Manage & coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end (scope definition, timeline, stakeholder alignment, execution, tracking, communication).
  • Analyze workflows and the patient care journey (e.g. patient intake, pharmacy, nursing, and revenue cycle) to identify areas to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance the patient and provider experience.
  • Act as a thought partner and sounding board to the Division President and CFO about how to sustain and grow the business, assessing and evaluating trade-off decisions
  • Triage incoming requests to leadership, determine priority, and assign tasks to relevant teams.
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
