About The Position

The ideal candidate will leverage data to inform decision-making, develop functional business strategies, and enhance the Uber experience for drivers and riders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in a relevant field.
• Data-first problem solver with excellent Excel/data management skills.

• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in operations or project management.
• SQL experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a history of delivering high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks to support business decision-making.
• Identify business priorities such as growth opportunities or operational weaknesses and help drive the team's strategy.
• Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting at city, regional, and mega-regional levels.
• Present models, findings, and insights to senior management to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with local and Central Operations teams, as well as policy, legal, marketing, product, and other functions to inform broader initiatives.
• Own functional business strategies and local market strategies, monitoring, correcting, and executing business processes.
