About The Position

In this role, you will build and mentor a team who will be responsible for driving the operational rhythm of the business. This includes long-term planning, comprehensive workforce modeling for organization, OKR governance, and orchestration of high-impact leadership forums. You will be central to influencing critical investments and ensuring T&S's direction aligns with Google's commitment to responsible innovation.
