About The Position
This requisition is for a Strategic Operations Analysis Manager within System Integrations, Architecture, and Analysis (SIAA) organization. Full spectrum leader primarily supporting mission engineering analysis (operational, architectural, and predictive) for Space Sensing, Security, Multi-Domain Systems and Platforms. The selected individual will join a team driving business growth. They will need to be able to lead others with limited to no direction, maintaining awareness of and adapting to changing priorities, employing agile development methodologies. The selected individual will necessarily engage at levels from technical to executive across Lockheed Martin, industry, and customers, and therefore must have demonstrated oral and written communications skills, composure, and presence. They will interact frequently with Directors and above, and therefore must be able to convey essential information quickly and concisely for decision making.
