An individual in this position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and execution of key organizational and strategic priorities impacting culture and transformation of Corewell Health. Individuals in this position are well rounded in a variety of methodologies/frameworks and possess creative skillsets while being compassionate, curious, courageous, and collaborative. Individuals may be a subject matter expert in or act as a role model for, change management, Project Management, Process Improvement, etc. This role develops relationships with leaders across the organization, departments, teams, and individual levels, as well as other stakeholders in order to strengthen team effectiveness, strategic alignment and improve operational performance outcomes. Serves as an expert resource to leadership through coaching, organizational design, and change management processes. Ensures consistency and synergy in operational processes and systems.
