We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to support the Personal Investor CMO and the Personal Investor Marketing Leadership Team. This role is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, playing a key role on the Personal Investor Marketing leadership team, developing our business planning cycle, and deploying a thoughtful communication strategy for the subdivision. As a strategic thought partner, you will provide insightful analysis and recommendations, transforming complex information into actionable insights. You will develop and implement a team operating rhythm, coordinate cross-functional teams, and facilitate strategic planning sessions to ensure seamless execution of high-visibility initiatives. You will also manage communications from the CMO to the marketing organization and the broader Vanguard community, preparing clear and compelling communications and presentations. Establishing and maintaining governance structures, you will facilitate effective decision-making processes. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical skills, and influence multiple stakeholders is crucial.
