Connects business needs to learning solutions. Designs learning journeys and programs based on analysis, strategy & performance gaps. Diagnoses performance gaps and recommending strategic learning interventions.

Requirements

  • Intermediate individual contributor in a professional role.
  • Works independently within an established framework, receiving detailed instructions only on new assignments.
  • Possesses specialized knowledge and skills required to perform the role.
  • Applies practical knowledge, learned theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to difficult but non-complex, conventional assignments.
  • Majority of work efforts are focused on meeting objectives related to implementation or delivery of processes, programs, and/or policies.
  • Builds productive internal and external working relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or additional role-relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted needs assessments and performance gap analyses for defined business areas.
  • Identify root causes of learning gaps and recommend appropriate learning or non-learning interventions.
  • Consult with mid-level business leaders to align learning content with team-level goals.
  • Recommend training solutions and collaborate with instructional designers on content development.
  • Collect and analyze learner feedback to support measurement of learning effectiveness.
