About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition teams on a high‑impact project. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for students who want hands‑on experience in HR operations, documentation management, and process improvement within a global organization. As our Summer Intern, you will lead a project to compile, analyze, and organize company job descriptions across departments. Your work will help us build a more efficient, accurate, and user‑friendly internal system for housing these documents—making a lasting contribution to Sodexo’s HR infrastructure. This internship is a remote opportunity and will be part of a cohort working June 1, 20206 through August 7, 2026.

Requirements

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Comfort working independently in a virtual environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Current college student with studies in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering, communications, human resources, accounting, marketing or another industry related college program.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and compile job descriptions from various business units
  • Identify duplicates, outdated versions, and inconsistencies
  • Organize and categorize job descriptions thoughtfully and logically
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to validate content
  • Develop a centralized system and structure for storing all finalized job descriptions
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline future documentation workflows
