Strategic Intelligence Defense Mission Expert The Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. As a Defense Mission Expert Lead, you’ll leverage your extensive experience , leadership, strategic and operational insights, and DoW and Intelligence Community expertise to work alongside thought leaders in digital technology, data analytics, and Artifi cia l Intelligence on projects for the Spe cia l Operations and Intelligence communities. You’ll use your expertise as you research, understand, analyze, and develop innovative capab ilities and build business opportunities that provide SOF and the Intelligence mission partners with continued strategic advantage through data, AI, and advanced technology. You’ll leverage expertise in counterintelligence operations, Spe cia l Access Programs ( SAP ) , and technical surveillance countermeasures ( TSCM ) combined with leadership in business development and capture strategy. You will serve as a t rus ted advisor to senior offi cia ls, ensuring compliance with national and DoW regulations while driving innovation through human- center ed design ( HCD ) , program management, and Interagency collaboration. Work with us to help understand, assess, and anticipate future complex challenges facing SOF and the Intelligence community across the dynamic spectrum of competition and conflict. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in DoW or IC spe cia l operations leadership roles
  • Experience in USSOCOM Spe cia l Operations Forces or Combatant Command intelligence directorates
  • Experience with DoW acqui sit ion processes, contracting requirements, and technical volume development
  • Experience managing capture strategies, proposal development, and aligning business and technology initiatives with DoW and IC mission needs
  • Knowledge of operational counterintelligence and spe cia l operations , Technical Surveillance and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures ( TSCM )
  • Ability to influence senior leader decision-making and represent organizations at strategic level and high-visibility forums
  • Ability to advise on defense intelligence policy implementation, sen sit ive activities, and Spe cia l Access Program ( SAP ) employment in high-threat and politically sen sit ive environments
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Political Science or International Affairs field

Nice To Haves

  • 18+ years of experience in DoW or IC operational leadership roles
  • Experience managing business development and technology delivery programs valued at $100M or more
  • Knowledge of SIGINT, HUMINT operational planning and execution, and strategic intelligence production and analysis
  • Ability to advise senior leaders and communicate intelligence policy implementation, risk management at all levels, and c ond uct of sen sit ive activities in high-threat environments.
  • Ability to coordinate, plan, and advise on execution of sen sit ive SOF and intelligence activities across DoW and IC mission partners
  • Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy , or a related field
  • Program Management Professional ( PMP) Certification
