The Strategic Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the firm’s global security posture by collecting, analyzing, and reporting intelligence across a broad range of domains—including physical security, cyber threats, geopolitical developments, social activism, natural disasters, and public health events. As part of the Strategic Intelligence Team, the Analyst produces timely, actionable assessments that inform threat mitigation, business continuity, and decision-making across the firm. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and analytical rigor. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Monitor global developments and emerging threats/risks across physical, cyber, geopolitical, and socio-environmental domains.
  • Conduct open-source and proprietary research to support intelligence gathering and analysis.
  • Produce written assessments, alerts, and strategic briefings tailored to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the Global Security Department (GSD), including Corporate Security, Information Security, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Business Security, to integrate intelligence into operational and strategic planning.
  • Contribute to incident and crisis response efforts by providing real-time intelligence and situational awareness.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards in handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, or a related field; master's preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and sound judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and receptive to diverse perspectives.
  • 1-2 years of experience in intelligence analysis, risk assessment, or security operations is advantageous
