We are currently seeking Strategic Initiatives Project Lead for CVS Analytics Strategy and Operations team with a background in project management, resource planning, budgeting, and process improvement. This role will drive a portfolio of Data and Analytics strategic initiatives and will be responsible for developing new streamlined processes to improve efficiency in the organization. Strategic thinking skills, drive to solve problems, a high degree of organization, data-oriented analytical abilities, and project management experience are key attributes that you will bring to the table. Your can-do attitude, a proclivity to lead and drive, and a flexible digital skillset will be key components of our success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Project Management experience
  • 3+ years Strategy & Planning experience
  • 3+ years Budgeting, Resource Planning, Project Implementation, Training Facilitation, Process Improvement and Change Management
  • 3+ years Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • 3+ years' experience taking initiative and owning tasks and projects

Nice To Haves

  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Successful track record of enterprise-wide project implementation
  • Proficient in Smartsheet, Quickbase, Thoughtspot, PowerBI
  • Interested in learning new products and tools to implement improved reporting and process automation

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning to align business operations with Analytics & Behavior Change mission and goals.
  • Developing road maps, operating models, KPI tracking, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects.
  • Identifying and prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation.
  • Manages, directs, and coordinates a portfolio of enterprise, DDAT or A&BC projects.
  • Managing the development, implementation and enhancement of operating policies, processes and procedures that affect the organization's short- and long-range goals and strategies.
  • Planning and coordinating operations and special projects in multiple areas (e.g., short- to long-term planning, process improvement, budgeting).
  • Creating accountability and alignment across teams, departments, and functions to achieve project and program goals.
  • Maintaining project timelines and status reports, communicating key milestones and risks to stakeholders.
  • Leveraging tools to create, design and automate internal reporting solution.
  • Streamlining and automating existing manual processes and reporting.
