Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 8 years of commercial MedTech experience (sales, marketing, operations, or equivalent) OR High School Diploma/GED from AND 12 years of commercial MedTech experience (sales, marketing, operations, or equivalent)
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

• Continuous improvement certification (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)

Responsibilities

• Leading and collaborating on highly visible area-wide business projects
• Identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that have maximized commercial and strategic impact
• Demonstrating thought leadership across various teams and functions
• Communicating progress to key stakeholders throughout the organization
• Establishing control plans and monitoring appropriate metrics to validate results are achieved, track improvements, and sustain gains
