This role supports division and Bank-wide strategic objectives, improves risk management, and ensures operational efficiency. Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 6 months

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing strategic initiatives or complex projects in a financial services environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with risk management and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage critical, cross-functional initiatives and projects.
• Define project scope, approach, and resources; monitor progress and deliverables.
• Analyze complex data, develop materials, and present findings to senior management.
• Influence stakeholders, address challenges, and drive actionable solutions.
• Directly or indirectly manage teams of up to 20 staff.
• Ensure adherence to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
• Support audit and regulatory requirements and maintain compliance.
