About The Position
The Strategic Initiatives Director is responsible for driving the successful execution of corporate strategy through leadership of the company's OKR (Objectives and Key Results) program and related strategic initiatives. This role collaborates with executives and functional leaders to define, execute, and measure progress on OKRs, while also fostering continuous improvement in strategic initiative management.
