Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. The Sales Operations and Initiatives team is at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of the Media Solutions division at Comcast Advertising. This team spearheads creating and leading strategic plans for the sales teams (both long term and short term) to ensure the effective long-term growth revenue and profitability. Operationally, the Strategic Initiative team works cross-functionally with partner organizations and relevant operating groups such as sales, product, engineering, finance, HR and many more teams. The Analyst of Strategic Initiatives plays a critical role in enhancing the performance and efficiency of our sales organization. This position is responsible for supporting the successful deployment of strategic initiatives and programs within the sales team. These initiatives are based on thorough analysis and include go-to-market plans related to sales strategies, new product innovations, product enhancements, systems, and tools that align with our operating plan goals.
