Expert in their discipline (HR or commensurate experience inclusive of operations experience) Accountable for leading and implementing the human capital strategy in our business units. Responsible for leading and coaching manager and above teammates up to executive’s leaders within the company. Responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to our organization. You will work closely with department leaders (manager+) and teammates to ensure effective HR solutions and initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication, operational experience and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong relationships. A proven track record of success of coaching manager and above teammates up to the executives within the company. This is a Hybrid position with required onsite travel in the Tri-State Area (NY, CT, Philadelphia)
