The Strategic HR Business Partner aligns business strategy to future talent needs and workforce strategies to drive superior organizational performance. This Strategic HR Business Partner role drives value by ensuring that our corporate leaders are equipped with consultative advice around all people issues, serving as a thought partner through a deep understanding of business strategy and needs. The Strategic HR Business Partner is considered the 'voice of the business' to the People & Culture team, and the 'voice of the People & Culture team' to the business.
